摘要
随着经济社会发展,能源和环境问题日益成为人们关注的焦点,而锅炉作为能源消费大户和重要的大气污染源,一直是我国节能减排领域的关注重点。本文基于锅炉安全监察、节能监管、环保监督检查的角度,阐述了目前锅炉安全节能环保法规标准现状,分析了存在的问题和不足,提出了完善锅炉安全、节能、环保三位一体的法规标准体系的意见建议。
With the development of economy, energy and environment problem increasingly becomes the focus of attention, boiler is always the emphasis in the field of energy conservation and emissions reduction in our country. Considering from the supervision aspect for safety, energy conservation and environment protection, this paper elaborated present situation of law, regulation and standard on safety, energy conservation and environment protection of boiler, analyzed the existing problems and insufficiency, and provided opinions and suggestions to improve the system constituted with law, regulation and standard for boiler safety, energy conservation and environment protection.
