摘要
在江苏沿江港口发展现状及存在的主要问题研究的基础上,结合长江经济带新的战略形势,分析了江苏沿江港口协同发展面临的机遇与挑战,并提出相应的对策建议:结合区域港口布局,进一步明确沿江港口的发展定位;坚持统筹规划开发,重点抓好港口重大基础设施建设;依托各港自身优势,加强职能分工建立良性竞合机制;创新管理体制机制,为港口协同发展搭建实质性平台。
On the basis of the study on the present situation and problems existing in the development of the ports along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu Province, combined with the new strategic situations, this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges facing the coordinated development of the ports. Then, it puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions as follows： clarifying further the development orientation of the ports combined the regional port layout; adhering to the overall planning and exploiting and making great efforts to construct the major port infrastructure; strengthening the functional divisions and establishing the optimum mechanism of competition and cooperation, relying on the own advantages of the ports; innovating the management system and mechanism to establish a substantial platform for the coordinated development of the ports.
