摘要
在分析快递行业发展现状的基础上,根据快递行业的特点,建立快递服务质量评价的指标体系.运用直觉模糊集理论,将调查对象的主观评价信息转化为直觉模糊数,构造快递服务质量评价的直觉模糊多属性决策模型,并通过算例说明该模型的有效性.
Based on the present situation and the characteristics of the express industry, an express service quality evaluation index system is established. By applying the intuition fuzzy set theory, the investigation of subjective assessment information is transformed into intuition fuzzy numbers.Then,the model of intuition fuzzy multiple attribute decision making is established to evaluate the express service quality.Finally,an example is given to show the validity of this model.
