摘要
从斜齿轮蜗杆传动设计参数着手,利用采样点分析法,通过对斜齿轮蜗杆传动输入、输出功率的分析,总结了摩擦因数、螺旋角和压力角对传动性能的影响,并与传统钢制材料相比,提出塑料斜齿轮蜗杆传动的特有优势。
Starting from the design parameters of the helical gear and worm drive, the input and output power of the helical gear and worm drive were analyzed by using sampling point analysis method. The influence of friction coefficient, spiral angle and pressure angle on transmission performance were summarized. Compared with the traditional steel material, the advantages of plastic helical gear and worm drive were put forward.
