摘要
在锡林郭勒典型草原区,以留茬6cm作为终止放牧依据,探究植物不同生长时期适度放牧对草地土壤微生物碳、氮周转的影响。结果表明:(1)6、8月放牧处理比围封和5~9月放牧提高0~10cm土壤微生物量碳周转率,缩短0~30cm土层的土壤微生物量碳周转时间。(2)6、8月放牧和7、9月放牧处理的0~30cm土壤微生物量碳存在差异,并均相对围封禁牧提高了土壤微生物量碳流通速率。说明在植物生长中后期适度放牧比植物全生长季节放牧,能增加土壤微生物量;放牧对10~20cm土壤微生物量氮流通量表现出积极的增加作用。(3)三种放牧处理提高了10~20cm土层的土壤微生物量氮流通速率。
The effects of moderate grazing in different plants growth stages from May to September in Xilingol steppe zone on turnover of carbon and nitrogen in soil microorganism were studied based on grazing stubble 6cm to terminate grazing.The results showed that:1)Compared with enclosure and grazing from May to September,grazing in June and August can improve the carbon turnover rate of soil microbial biomass in soil in 0-10 cm depth and shorten the turnover time of carbon turnover of soil microbial biomass.However,the soil microbial biomass carbon turnover time can only be reduced in 0-30 cm depth.2)The soil microbial biomass carbon in June,August,July,September showed differences in soil in 0-30 cm depth,enclosure increased the flux rates of soil microbial biomass carbon.It was concluded that moderate grazing can increase soil microbial biomass in middle and late growth season compared with whole stages of plants,nevertheless,fluxes of soil microbial biomass nitrogen showed that grazing had a positive influence on it in soil in depth of 10-20 cm.3)The three grazing treatments increased the flux rate of soil microbial biomass nitrogen in soil in depth of 10-20 cm.
