摘要
"大学生村官"是十七大以来党中央做出的一项重大战略决策。但在新形势下,农村改革面临着诸多困难,大学生村官在实际的村务中履职情况直接关系到大学生村官政策的执行,根据广西大学生村官的实际履职现状,分析其原因,从而找到更新观念,树立长期服务基层的意识,锻炼适应基层的知识和技能,改善农村基层环境,健全各类保障制度等有效途径,提高广西大学生村官的职责履行。
The practice of ＂College-graduate Village Official＂ is a major strategic decision made by the CPC Central Committee since the 17th CPC National Congress. However,under the new situation,the rural reform faces many difficulties,and performing duties in the actual village affairs by college-graduate village officials is directly related to the implementation of the policies about college-graduate village officials. Based upon the state quo of performing duties by college-graduate village officials in Guangxi, some coping countermeasures are offered：enforcing of awareness of long-term service at the grass-roots level,training the basic knowledge and skills for the service at the grass-roots level,improving rural environment,establishing social security system and so on.
