氮封微压气浮在焦化含硫污水中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对炼油厂延迟焦化装置含硫污水含有焦粉细微颗粒、油类以及硫化物的特点,研发出一体化氮封微压气浮工艺,在处理焦化装置50 m^3/h含硫污水时,油脱除率为50.39%,COD脱除率为13.62%,固体悬浮物(SS)浓度脱除率为82.61%,浊度下降了92.87%,油含量小于300 mg/L,SS浓度不大于50 mg/L,运行费用约1.33元/m^3废水,减少了含硫污水罐回收油量,延长了污水汽提装置的生产周期。 In order to deal with the sour water containing fine particles, oil and sulfide from delayed coking unit, an integrated nitrogen-sealed micro-pressure air floatation process has been developed. In treatment of the sulfur-containing wastewater 50 m^3/h from the coking unit, the process can achieve following results: oil removal rate at 50.39%, COD removal rate at 13.62%, SS removal rate at 82.61%, turbidity reduction by 92.87%, oil content tess than 300 mg/L, SS concentration less than 50 mg/L, operating cost about 1.33 yuan/m^3 wastewater, reduced oil for recovery in the sulfur-containing wastewater tank, and extended operation cycle of the wastewater stripping unit.
