摘要
通过分析改革开放后历史遗产的保护现状,从交叉学科研究和人才培养方面,阐述了健全法律体系与管理制度的保护方法,提出了构建文化遗产民间组织与机构的建议,解决了我国历史文化遗产保护管理不足的问题。
Through analyzing historical heritage protecting status after the open reform, starting from two aspects of inter-discipline subject re-search and talent cultivation, the paper describes methods of improving law system and management system protection, and puts forward sugges-tions of building cultural heritage civil organization and institutions, and finally solves domestic historical heritage protection and management problems.
