摘要
军民融合上升为国家战略说明了军民融合在我们现实生活中的重要作用。而军民两用技术融合是军民融合的基础,具有非常重要的作用。以军民融合的技术融合方面的融合分析作为基础,在产业融合的视角下,分析军用企业和民用企业技术融合之中的困难和路径,并以西安市为范例,通过分析西安市所具有的军民融合优势和特色从而对西安市的军民融合提出具体的对策与建议。
The rise of military and civilian integration to the national strategy illustrates the important role of the integration of military and civilian in our real life. The integration of dual-use technology is the basis of the integration of military and civilian, which plays a very important role. This paper analyzes the difficulties and paths of the integration of military enterprises and civil enterprises from the perspective of industry integration. And taking the city of Xi＇an as an example, through analyzing the advantages and characteristics of military and civilian integration in Xi＇an, this paper puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.
