摘要
通过对穿条式隔热铝合金型材结构及影响其热工性能的原因进行分析,对采用不同隔热条、密封条、空腔填充等配置的型材进行了模拟计算,总结出了4点提高穿条式隔热铝合金型材热工性能的关键技术。经计算和检测,采用了这些关键技术的隔热铝合金型材与中空玻璃组合的整窗,传热系数K小于2.5 W/(m^2·K)。
Through the analysis of the structure and the influence of the insulating aluminum alloy profile with thermal barrier strip, different configuration profiles used different thermal barrier strip,sealing strip,cavity filling were simulated and calculated. The paper summarized four points key technology to improve the thermal performance of the insulating aluminum alloy profile with thermal barrier strip. After calculation and testing, the thermal barrier profiles and the glass with these key technologies are used, the heat transfer coefficient of the whole window is less than 2. 5 W/ ( m2 · K) .
