摘要
基于雪崩三级管雪崩效应,对传统MARX电路的机理进行深入研究,研制出了一种高重频高稳定度的增强型MARX纳秒脉冲源,触发重频在100KHz以上,脉冲最高幅度可达400V以上,半幅脉宽2ns以内。并对改进后的电路进行了大量的参数实验研究,分析了不同参数配置下产生的脉冲属性,最终得出最优的参数配置方式,可满足超宽带雷达发射机的设计需求。
Based on the avalanche effect,and a research on the mechanism of traditional MARX circuit is made,then a kind of improved MARX nanosecond pulsers with high-repetition frequency and high stability has been designed,the trigger frequency is above 100 KHZ,and the pulse amplitude is over 400 V,and the pulse width is less than 2ns.Then a lot of experimental researches on improved MARX circuit are made,pulse properties in different cases of parameter configuration are analyzed,finally,the optimal parameter configuration mode is obtained,and can fully meet the design requirements of ultrawide band radar transmitter.
