摘要 肠道菌群作为人体最大的微生态系统,与全身各系统疾病相关。肠道菌群结构紊乱、细菌移位、影响宿主代谢及其毒性代谢产物参与胰腺疾病的发生、发展并影响预后,了解肠道菌群与胰腺疾病相关性有助于疾病的治疗。
