摘要
研究了硫酸铁铵滴定法测定钒钛磁铁矿中的二氧化钛。探索了使用预处理过的刚玉坩埚熔融难熔的钒钛磁铁矿试样的最佳熔解条件,该方法不用过滤除去钒,在结果计算时用数据参数除去钒的影响,大大提高分析速度。方法适用于钒钛磁铁矿中二氧化钛的测定,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)<1.100%,结果同X射线荧光光谱法的测定结果相一致,符合实验室分析工作要求。
The article studied on determination of titanium dioxide in vanadium titanium magnetite by using ammo- nium ferric sulfate titration method. Optimum melting conditions of refractory melting vanadium titanium magne- tite sample were explored after pretreating corundum crucible . The effects of vanadium can be removed by data pa- rameters when calculated the result rather than removed vanadium by filtering. The method can greatly improve the analysis speed and this method is suitable for the determination of titanium dioxide in vanadium titanium mag- netite, its relative standard deviation (RSD, n = 6) is 〈 1.100%. The results are consistent with the measured results of X--ray fluorescence spectrometry . It conform to the requirements of the laboratory analysis work.
