摘要
目的分析院外带入压疮的发生原因及护理干预效果。方法对我院2016年1月至2016年11月收治的78例院外压疮的临床资料进行分析。结果院外带入压疮的主要发生因素包括年龄、患者基础疾病影响、防压疮护理措施的落实,71~90岁患者压疮发生率为64%,明显高于60~70岁患者压疮发生率16.7%。在基础疾病引发的压疮中,呼吸系统疾病造成的压疮发生率最高,其次为心脑血管疾病、神经内科系统疾病。经针对性护理干预,不同分期压疮患者明显好转或痊愈,与干预前相比得到明显改善。结论高龄、慢性基础疾病影响、防压疮护理措施不当为院外带入压疮患者发病的主要因素,通过针对性的护理干预可改善患者的预后,提高患者的生活质量,减轻患者痛苦。
Objective To analyze the causes of external pressure sores and the effect of nursing intervention.Methods From January 2016 to November 2016 in our hospital,78 cases of hospitalized patients with external pressure sore were analyzed retrospectively.Results The main causes of externalpressure sores included age,the impact of basic disease,and the implementation of anti-pressure sore care measures.The 70~90years old patients with pressure sore incidence was 64%,which was significantly higher than 60~70 years old patients with pressure sores occurred 16.7%.In the pressure ulcers caused by underlying diseases,respiratory system disease caused by the highest incidence of pressure sores,followed by cardiovasculardiseases,neurological diseases.After targeted nursing intervention,patients with different stages of pressure ulcers improved significantly or recovered,which has significantly improvedcompared with before the intervention.Conclusion The main factors for the externalpressure sores included the old age,chronic underlying disease,and improperanti-pressure sores measures.Through the targeted nursing intervention could improve the prognosis of patients,improve the quality of life for patients,and alleviate the patients＇ suffering.
