摘要
PDCA循环是公路工程监理质量管理的一种行之有效的过程方法,公路监理与质量管理有着密不可分的关系,论文阐述了PDCA过程方法在贯彻IS0 9001:2015标准中的应用,提出了建立实施保持公路监理企业质量管理体系的步骤和方法。
PDCA cycle is an effective process method for highway construction quality management, Supervision of highway has an inseparable relationship with quality management. The application of the PDCA process method in the implementation of iSO 9001：2015 has been discussed in this paper, And also steps and methods of establishing implementation and maintaining quality management system for highway supervision enterprise have been proposed in this paper.
