摘要
针对汉长安城遗址保护与利用存在的以"点性"为主,模式类型单一、普适性不强,不能有效协调保护与区域经济社会发展、居民生活质量改善等困境。借鉴田园城市理论,提出"以田园乡村景观为本底、产业集聚、多业共生"的汉长安城遗址保护与发展新模式——"田园文化城市"模式,并对其理念、机制、形式与保障机制进行了综合探讨。
For the protection and utilization of Han Chang＇an City, this paper analyzed the existing problems, such as the ＂point＂ is the main type, the model is simple, the universal is not strong, and it can not effective- ly coordinate the conflicts between the protection and the social development of regional economy, the improve- ment of life quality of the residents. Drawing lessons from Western Garden City theory, the new model is put forward of Han Chang＇an City ruins protection and development, which is called the mode of ＂Garden Cultural City＂ , and comprehensive study has been done on the concept, mechanism, form and the safeguard mecha- nism of it.
