摘要
为解决陕北松散层立井井筒施工问题,提出了采用井外疏干降水与沉井法相结合的复合沉井法,并以小纪汗煤矿为例介绍了复合沉井法过流沙层井筒施工工艺。通过计算确定了井点施工降水量、井点数,管井施工后完成了井外疏干降水施工;通过刃脚施工、挖土下沉、观测与控制、浇筑完成沉井施工,实现了小纪汗煤矿中央回风立井井筒安全通过松散含水层,减少总体建井工期2个月,节约工程费约500万元。复合沉井法能使井筒施工快速、高效通过松散含水层,为类似矿井井筒施工提供了有益参考。
In order to solve the problem of shaft construction in Northern Shaanxi loose layer,composite shaft sinking method is proposed which combines dewatering with open caisson,and the quicksand-crossing composite shaft sinking construction technology was introduced based on the construction practice in Xiaojihan Coal Mine.Through calculation,the dewatering amount of well point construction and well points number were determined,and the outer shaft dewatering was completed after the tube well construction; the foot edge construction,earth cutting,observation-control,and concreting,the shaft sinking was finished,realizing the safe crossing of loose aquifer for the central air return vertical shaft in Xiaojihan Coal Mine,saving 2 month for the overall construction period,and 5 million yuan for the project cost.The composite shaft sinking method is applicable to fast and efficient crossing of loose aquifer in shaft construction,which provides references for similar mine shaft construction.
