摘要
采用传统的球磨工艺制备了Ni_(0.4)Zn_(0.6)Fe_(2-x)Y_xO_4(x=0,0.01,0.03,0.05,0.07)铁氧体。通过XRD、SEM等研究了掺杂Y^(3+)对Ni-Zn铁氧体微观组织、结构和磁性能的影响。结果表明,当Y^(3+)含量为0,0.01时,XRD衍射图呈现单一的立方尖晶石型结构,随着Y^(3+)含量(0.03,0.05,0.07)的增加分别出现第二相,第二相的强度逐渐加强;随着Y^(3+)含量的增加,Ni_(0.4)Zn_(0.6)Fe_(2-x)Y_xO_4铁氧体的实部磁导率先增大后减小。
Ni0.4Zn0.6Fe2O4(x = 0, 0. 01, 0. 03, 0. 05, 0. 07) ferrites were prepared by using standard ceramic technique. The microstructure and the phase structure were investigated by using X- ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), respectively. The results show that with increasing y3 + content (0.01,0.03, 0.05, 0.07), the relative intensity of the second phase YFeO3 increases, whereas the real part of permeability (μ′) of Ni0.4Zn0.6Fe2-xYxO4 (0, 0. 01, 0.03, 0.05, 0. 07)ferrites increases firstly and then decreases with the increase of Y^3+ content.
