摘要
以一款摆臂式垃圾车车型设计为目标,建立了车辆的结构模型,运用有限元软件进行静态强度分析,得到了该车关键部件的变形、应力分布情况。据此,通过减小板厚、结构优化的方式逐步对其进行优化设计,最终达到降低结构质量及制造成本的目的。
The truck model was constructed for a typical swing arm type garbage truck. Finite element analysis was carried out on the truck, and deformation and stress distrihution of key parts of the truck were reported after analysis. Based on the basic in-formation, some improvements were proposed, such as reducing thickness and improving the structure. A lighter and cheaper product was produced under the guide of this research.
