摘要
精索静脉曲张是导致男子不育的重要原因之一,WHO把精索静脉曲张列为是导致男性不育的首位因素。治疗精索静脉曲张性不育症的方法繁多,其中中西医结合在改善本病临床症状、精液质量及受孕率等各方面疗效确切,采用中西结合治疗本病的思想逐渐被认可。文章现将中医治疗及结合西医手术防治精索静脉曲张不育的发展状况作一综述。
Varicocele infertility is one of the most important causes of male infertility. WHO regards it as the leading factors of male infertility. Methods for the treatment of varicocele infertility is various,including integrated traditional Chinese and West- ern medicine combined with in improving the clinical symptoms, semen quality and fertility rate and the curative effect is exact. The Chinese and Western combined treatment of this disease is thought to have Been gradually recognized. In this article, we make a summaty to the development of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for the treatment of iniertility.
