摘要
回顾近10年的相关文献,从重型肝炎的主要病机"热""毒""瘀"等方面,综述了重型肝炎的发病机制以及凉血解毒化瘀法治疗重型肝炎的临床运用和实验研究等情况,以期为临床实践和研究提供参考。
Retrospectively the related literature in recent 10 years ,from the main pathogenesis （heat, toxin and stasis）of se- vere hepatitis and others was selected to review the pathogenesis of severe hepatitis ,Blood -Cooling,Toxin- Relieving and Stasis - Resolving therapy using clinical and experimental study of severe hepatitisin order to provide evidence for the clinical practice and research.
