摘要
目的:调查肝移植受者免疫抑制药物服药依从性的现状,并初步分析肝移植受者服药依从性的相关因素。方法:本研究采用单中心、横断面设计,使用便利抽样法进行调查。调查工具包括肝移植受者一般资料调查表以及Basel免疫抑制药物依从性评估量表。结果:纳入的262例肝移植受者中151例(57.6%)服药依从性差,其中不按时服药的情况最为严重(45.4%)。肝移植术后发生并发症或排斥反应的受者比未发生上述状况的受者药物依从性差,肥胖受者比正常体质受者的服药依从性差。结论:肝移植受者服药依从性差的现象较为严重。提示医务工作者应注意提高患者对免疫抑制药物依从性重要性的认识,预防术后并发症,对患者出现的排斥反应及时处理,并可结合一定干预措施以提高肝移植受者的服药依从性。
Objective： To investigate the Immunosuppressive Medication adherence and analyze its associated factors in liver transplant recipients. Methods： It was a single-center, cross-sectional study. Convenience sampling method was used to select qualified liver transplant recipients. The instruments included the demographic information and Basel Assessment of Adherence to Immunosuppressive Medication Scale. Results： A total of 262 qualified liver transplant recipients were included in this study. Medication non-adherent rate was 57.6% （151 cases）. And failing to take medication on time was the worst aspect （45.4%）. Patients who had complications or rejection reaction had worse medication adherence than those who had no complication. Besides, obese patients had worse medication adherence than patients with normal BMI. Conclusion： Medication non-adherence in liver transplant recipients was common in this study. To promote medication adherence in liver transplant recipients, medical staff should deal with the rejection signs timely, prevent complications after transplantation, and take interventions to enhance medication adherence in liver transplant recipients accordingly.
