摘要
以习近平同志为核心的党中央领导集体,回答"什么是治国理政,怎样治国理政"这一历史命题,创新治国理政的新理念新思想新战略,结合中国发展的现实需求,秉承中华文化的统筹哲学传统,吸纳治理概念的精髓,创新性地建构起了统筹治理思想理论体系,对治国理政所需的理念—价值—方法论的观念创新,目标—战略—手段的实践应用,时间—空间—人群的客观条件进行整体性统筹,实现主客观与现实环境的整体统一,指导中国特色社会主义事业走向成功、优化与良性循环相协调的发展大道。
To respond the historical proposition of ＂ what is governance？ how to govern＂, the leading group of the CPC central committee with comrade Xi as the core has proposed the new ideas, new thoughts and new strategies of running the state affairs. The leading group meets the real needs in the development of China, upholds the comprehensive philosophical tradition of Chinese culture, absorbs the essence of the concept of management and innovated and constructed the theoretical system of the comprehensive governance. The ideavalue-methodology conceptual innovation, the practical objective-strategy-means application, and the objective time-space-people conditions are integrated as a whole to realize the unity of subjective-objective consciousrtess and realistic conditions and guide the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics to be on the way to development of the coordination of success, optimization and benign cycle.
