摘要
中医药人才培养模式主要有师承、家传、院校、书院讲学和自学模式等,不同的中医药人才培养模式在特定的历史时期及一定条件下,对于中医药人才的培养均可以起到不同程度的积极作用,其中尤以师承、院校及自学模式为最。通过全面深入探究,综合分析各种人才培养模式的优势和不足,结合中医药人才培养历史渊源和根本规律,提出了"院校—师承—自学"三位一体的中医药人才培养模式,并对该模式的培养目标及培养内容做了初步探索。
TCM talent training mode mainly includes master-apprentice education,hereditarily dispensed,colleges,college lecture and self-study mode. Different TCM talent training mode in the specific historical period and in given conditions can play a positive role in varying degrees for the TCM talent training mode,especially in masters,colleges and self-study mode for the most. Through comprehensive and in-depth study,genera analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of talent training mode and combined with historical origin and the fundamental law of of TCM talent training mode,we proposed "masters—colleges—self—study"training mode of the talents of TCM,and preliminarily explored the mode of training objectives and training contents.
