摘要
目前,我国健康服务业发展存在供需比例失调、产业结构趋同、人才不足和关键技术落后等问题,要求尽早出台国家健康服务业发展规划,健全行业标准和规范,制定行业人才战略,完善健康管理业、健康保险业、健康旅游业等子行业的促进政策。
At present, there exists many problems during the development of health service industry, including imbalance between supply and demand, convergence of industrial structure, talent shortage, and backward key technology. The government should introduce the National Health Service development planning, improve industry standards and norms, develop talent strategy, and improve promotion policies of sub-industries including health management industry, health insurance, health tourism industry as soon as possible.
