摘要
学生参与高校计算机机房管理,一方面,让对计算机维护与管理有兴趣的学生有机会更好地掌握计算机技术与应用,另一方面,形成一支能服务于学校的计算机房的维护、提高机房维护工作效率、快速提供机房故障情报队伍。这支队伍也可以为全校各部门各多媒体教室做计算机维护应急处理工作。为做好学生管理员的培训工作,该文提出设立专门勤工助学岗位、把奖励机制纳入学生工作制度、进行专门培训等方案,并通过课件制作、定时维护、课堂维护等方式让学生参与其中,取得了良好效果。但机房学生管理员制度也面临着新的挑战:对学生管理员的素质和技术水平要求越来越高,没有充分的培训难以胜任维护与管理工作。开放型机房的维护效果有待探讨,机房的信息安全存在一定风险隐患。
To recruit and train student administrator for university computer room is beneficial. In this way, student＇s knowledge about computer maintenance can be enhanced, while we can reduce computer room management workload, and quickly obtain any problem occurred in the computer labs. To train the student administrators, it is recommendable to set up official part-time jobs for students, included rewarding program in the student work regulation, and to provide particularly corresponding training. Meanwhile, a training handbook or courseware, instant maintenance training are also nee- ded, which students can participate in. These works well so far, however there still some problems exist： the training mode requires high quality teachers, and may not be suitable for larger computer rooms, also some potential safety hazard remains in the information and privacy issue.
