化学合成法制备Al_2O_3-2SiO_2粉体的碱激活性研究

摘要 采用溶胶凝胶法和共沉淀法,制备了具有碱激活性的Al_2O_3-2SiO_2粉体,研究了溶胶凝胶法制备过程中工艺因素对粉体碱激活性的影响。结果表明:煅烧温度是影响粉体碱激活性的关键因素,溶胶凝胶法制备粉体的碱激活性高于共沉淀法。通过^(27)Al和^(29)Si的核磁共振谱测试发现,高碱激活性的Al_2O_3-2SiO_2粉体具有高含量的5配位Al,但其不是高碱激活性的充分条件。 Al2O3-2SiO2 powders with alkali reactivity were prepared by sol-gel and coprecipitation methods. The effects of process parameters on alkali reactivity of the powders were studied in the sol- gel process. The results show that calcination temperature is a key factor for determining the alkali re- activity of the powders and the reactivity of the powders prepared by sol-gel method is higher than that by coprecipitation method. By 27 Al and 29 Si MAS NMR analysis, the Al2O3-2SiO2 powders with the high alkali reactivity are of high content of 5-coordinated A1, but it is not sufficient condition for the high alkali reactivity powders.
