摘要
黄石市某冶炼厂房新建一轧钢生产线需要进行基坑开挖爆破。基坑开挖爆破环境复杂,四周建构筑物较多,都需要进行保护。选择合理的爆破设计,以及有效的防护途径是爆破效果好坏的重要基础。施工结果表明,本次基坑开挖爆破设计采用的预裂爆破技术,产生的爆破振动较小,岩石破碎效果良好,达到了预期爆破效果。
There is a new rolling production line require pit excavation blasting in smelting workshop of Huangshi City.The excavation blasting is in a complicated environment which surrounded by many buildings need to be protected. Selec- ting the reasonable blasting design and effective protection approach is an important basis for blasting effect. The con- struction results showed that the pre-splitting blasting technique used in the foundation pit excavation has little blasting vibration and great rock crushing effect, which achieved the desired effect of blasting.
