摘要
分析了典型煤矿用传感器中开关电源电磁干扰产生的主要来源,提出了干扰具体抑制方法,搭建了验证电路;采用模拟分析和试验验证,证明此方法可大体消除了开关电源输出信号的尖峰干扰,对开关电源电路中的共模、差模噪声具有明显抑制作用,对增强煤矿用传感器的可靠性具有指导性意义。
We analyze the main source of electromagnetic interference of typical mine sensor switching power supply,propose specific interference suppression methods,set up a test circuit.The simulation analysis and experiment validation show that this method can largely eliminate the output signal peak interference of switching power supply,and has obvious inhibitory effect on common mode and differential mode noises of switching power supply circuit,which has guiding significance for enhancing the reliability of coal mine sensor.
