摘要
经济全球化对我国矿产资源产业发展的影响是优化我国矿产资源产业发展战略和对策的重要依据。经济全球化以科技全球化趋势为先导、以全球市场为纽带、以跨国公司为主要驱动力,它实现着我国矿产资源全球化配置,我国矿业发展由不可持续向可持续战略思想转变,但同时带来更大的竞争压力和生态环境挑战。对此,我国矿产资源产业应充分利用国外市场确保矿产资源供应安全,提高我国矿产资源生态环境保护意识和能力,强化矿产资源市场研究以科学评价并积极防范国际投资风险,优化矿产品进口源地结构减少贸易风险。
Economic globalization,having profound effects on the development of China＇s mineral resources industry,is a significant factor to optimize the development strategy and countermeasure of China＇s mineral resources industry.With a precursor of technological globalization,a band of global market and a crucial impetus of multinational corporations,economic globalization realizes China＇s worldwide mineral resources allocation,transforms China＇s mineral resources development mode from unsustainable one to sustainable one,however brings China＇s mineral resources industry fierce competitive pressure and eco-environmental challenge.So,some countermeasures should be taken by mineral resources industry in China：making full use of the foreign markets to ensure the security of mineral resources supply,strengthening the consciousness and ability of ecological environment protection in mineral resources development,emphasizing scientifically evaluate and actively avoid the risk of international investment in mineral resources based on market research of mineral resources,besides optimizing the structure of regions importing mineral resources to reduce the trade risk.
