摘要
目的探讨微信朋友圈对医患关系的改善效果。方法将100例住院患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组患者加入主管医师微信朋友圈,医师与患者通过微信进行互动交流,对照组按传统方式进行医患交流。2组患者在出院时采用美国内科医学会调查量表进行医患关系改善感受度评价。结果观察组患者对医患关系改善的感受度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信朋友圈为医患沟通提供了新的方式,以其受众面广、易操作、可保存、便捷、经济等优点,成为改善医患关系的有效途径之一。
Objective To study the use WeChat circle of friends,to improve the doctor-patient relationship. Methods 100 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group 50 cases each, observation group patients join concession WeChat circle of friends, physicians and patients through WeChat to interact and control group according to traditional methods of doctor-patient communication.Two groups of patients in the hospital when the American medical association survey scale compared the doctor-patient relationship to improve sensitivity evaluation. Results Observation group of patients, to improve the doctor-patient relationship of sensitivity is significantlyhigher than control group (P〈0.05),the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion WeChat circle of friends provides a new way for the doctor-patient communication, with its re-description, easy to operate, can save, convenient, economic and other advantages, become one of the effective ways to improve the doctor-patient relationship.
