摘要
本文分析了矿井的煤层赋存条件及生产现状,总结了矿井生产存在的主要问题,结合我国目前同类型矿井的生产技术水平及管理机构组成,对矿井开采和劳动定员进行了优化,充分发挥煤层及生产设备的生产能力,并调整机构、精减人员,提高了矿井生产效率。
This article analyses the occurrence condition of coal seam and mine production status, summari- zes the main problems of mine production, combining with the production of the same king of mines in our coun- try at presen the composition of the technical level and management institutions, optimization of mine exploitation and labor capacity, give full play to the coal seam and the production equipment of production capacity, and ad- just the organization, streamline personnel, improve the efficiency of the mine production.
