摘要
介绍了振动逆流流化床选煤工艺的基本原理,应用响应曲面法设计了以分选床面倾角、激振力、振动频率、鼓风量、给料量为变量,精煤灰分、精煤产率和数量效率为评价指标的工艺优化试验,共46组试验。结果表明,各评价指标回归模型的方差分析均为高度显著,判定系数R^2>80%,拟合度良好。优化后可将灰分为49.62%的原煤分选得到精煤产率60.26%,精煤灰分29.30%,数量效率为94.14%的效果。
Introduced the working principle of dry coal preparation with vibrating adverse - flow fluidized bed, experiments was designed by response surface methodology. Bed surface obliquity,exciting force,exciting fi'equeney, airflow and feeding capacity as variables,cleans ash,clean coal yield and quantity efficiency as evaluation indexes,46 set of tests were done. Results show that the analysis of variance of each evaluation index regression model are highly significant, determination coefficient R^2 〉 80% , extremely good fitting degree. After optimization,while raw coal ash content is 49.62% ,the clean coal yield is 60.26% , cleans ash 29.30% ,quantity efficiency is 94.14%.
