摘要
在湖南邵阳区域内对作为"均衡普九"之重要力量的特岗教师的家庭背景和教育背景进行的调查显示:特岗教师主要由农村籍大学毕业生构成,特岗教师主要来自社会中下阶层家庭,特岗教师三分之二毕业于地方二本院校,特岗教师主要由文史类专业的大学毕业生构成。了解这种状况并对其原因进行分析,不仅可以从一个侧面看出我国社会流动的大致趋势和社会层化的基本特征,而且也可为国家制定更为公平、更加合理的农村教育政策提供咨询。
In the Shaoyang area of Hunan Province, the investigation on the family background and educational back- ground of the special-post teachers as an important force of balanced nine-year compulsory education shows that: Spe- cial-post teachers are mainly composed of rural university graduates whose families hold a inferior social status, and two thirds of whom have graduated from local normal universities of the second rank mainly with a major in literature and history. Understanding this situation and analyzing its causes can not only see the general trend of social mobility and the basic characteristics of social stratification from one aspect, but also provide advice for the country to formu- late a more equitable and more rational rural education policy.
