摘要
目的:通过改善围术期系列处理,提高冠状动脉前降支(LAD)结扎致心梗后心衰大鼠模型存活率。方法:在多次造模中不断摸索,通过筛选动物、调整呼吸管理、冠脉结扎手术及围术期护理等提高模型存活率,同时通过调整结扎位点控制致心衰的程度。结果:通过调整,心梗后心衰大鼠模型的存活率逐渐提高,心功能下降明显。结论:通过改善系列围术期处理,可以较好地提高心梗致心衰大鼠模型的存活率,为进一步实验提供稳定可行的心衰大鼠模型。
Objective: To improve the survival of the left anterior descending coronary artery ligation induced post- myocardial infarction heart failure rat models by optimizing preoperative management. Methods : During repeatedly modeling process, we tried to promote the models survival with appropriate animals screening, breathing management regulation, surgical operation improvement and preoperative nursing. Meanwhile we attempted to control the level of heart failure through regulating the ligation site. Results: Gradually improvement of models survival and distinct weakening of heart function were expressed by various regulations. Conclusions: Preoperative management optimization can significantly improve the survival of post-myocardial infarction heart failure rat models, thereby suggesting a more stable heart failure model-making protocol for further experiments.
