摘要
[目的]参考部分省市已出台的乡村旅游相关行业标准或规范,确定山西省乡村旅游资源的分级评价标准。[方法]以交通、接待、餐饮、住宿、商业与娱乐、整体环境、后勤保障与综合管理等8个关键要素作为对旅游质量的评价指标,并选取山西省内较为著名且具有代表性的20个乡村旅游示范点为范例,将不同层次开发建设、旅游设施配套的乡村旅游区划分为5个档次,以逐级递增的等级标准,为山西省乡村旅游资源分级评价制定出了从"一星级"到"五星级"等5个等级的评价标准。[结果]获得"五星级"旅游点3个、"四星级"旅游点10个、"三星级"旅游点7个,其中"五星级"旅游点为昔阳县大寨村生态农业园、阳城县皇城村、晋中市后沟村。[结论]乡村旅游资源评价标准既可用于分级评价众多旅游点,又是政府引导乡村旅游行业发展方向的重要参考依据。
Rural tourism as a part of the tourism industry has got rapid development in recent years, which showed a trend of scale up, industrialization and standardization of development. This paper analyzed the current situation at home and abroad as well as the development level of rural tourism in Shanxi province, established the evaluation indexes of tourism quality based on eight key factors such as transportation, reception, catering, accommodation, business and entertainment, overall environment, logistic support, and integrated management, through referring to the published standards and norms in the rural tourism - related industry, selected 20 typical rural tourism demon- stration sites in Shanxi province as examples, divided five grades according to different levels of development and construction and tourism facilities, and finally constructed the evaluation standards for the grades from the ＂ one - star＂ to ＂five - star＂. The results showed that there were 3 ＂five - star＂ tourist spots, 10 ＂four - star＂ tourist spots , and 7 ＂three - star＂ tourist spots. Finally, it discussed the future development of rural tourism in Shanxi prov- ince, and pointed out that, for the sustainable development of the resource - dependent economy of Shanxi prov- ince, it should take the cultural tourism as the attraction, use the advantage of popularity and passengers flows of the well -known cultural tourism attractions, and cooperated with the surrounding rural tourism resources.
