摘要
为优化油剂的抗氧化和热稳定性,运用烘箱加速氧化法模拟实际纤维生产过程中油酯使用的热温环境,通过酸值、过氧化值、热重-差示扫描量热法分析等多种测试手段,对添加了5种酚类抗氧剂的季戊四醇油酸酯的抗氧化性进行研究。结果表明:抗氧剂的加入可改善脂肪酸酯类化合物的热稳定性,减少热分解发烟量,有效提高纺丝油剂的抗氧化性能;抗氧剂的添加可显著抑制油酯受热后的酸值和过氧化值的升高,且抗氧化剂A的效果最好。通过热重-差示扫描量热法分析表明:抗氧剂A在油酯中的添加量为0.4%~1.0%时作用效果最佳,其热重曲线中质量损失50%的分解温度提高13.23℃,氧化诱导温度提高了39℃。
In order to improve the oxidation resistance and thermal stability of spinning oil,the oven accelerated oxidation method is used to stimulate the temperature environment of oil ester used in the actual fiber production process.The oxidation resistance of pentaerythritol oleate added with five kinds of phenolic antioxidants were studied by acid value(AV),peroxide value(POV),thermogravimetrydifferential scanning calorimetry(TG-DSC),etc.The result shows that the addition of antioxidant can improve the thermal stability of fatty acid esters,decrease thermal decomposition smoke emission and improve the oxidation resistance of spinning oil effectively.Firstly,the antioxidants can inhibit the increase of the acid value and peroxide value of the heated oil ester significantly,and the antioxidant A shows the best anti-oxidation effect on pentaerythritol oleate.Secondly,the analysis results of thermogravimetry-differential scanning calorimetry show that when the addition amount of antioxidants A is0.4%-1.0% in oil ester,the effect is optimal,and the decomposition temperature of weight loss of50% in the thermogravimetric curve is increased by 13.23 ℃,and the oxidation induction temperature is increased by 39 ℃.
