摘要
在印染废水处理工程中,考察PAM对MCR膜丝污泥附着情况及MCR膜运行情况的影响。结果表明,在气浮中投加PAM会加快膜丝污泥的附着程度,甚至3 d内在膜丝上出现成块的污泥;膜通量衰减严重,从16 L/(m^2·h)降至12.2 L/(m^2·h);且膜丝上PAM所凝结的污泥需长时间浸泡才能清洗干净。
During the dyeing wastewater treatment engineering, effect of PAM on the adhesion of MCR membrane's sludge and the operation of MCR membrane are investigated. The results show that adding PAM to coagulation flotation can accelerate the adhesion degree of the membrane's sludge, block sludge appered within three days. Membrane flux decreases from 16 L/(m^2. h) to 12.2 L/(m^2. h). The sludge of the membrane need to soak for a long time to clean.
