摘要
以环保型葡萄糖为还原剂,分析中药青黛的还原工艺和对涤纶珊瑚绒的染色工艺,测试了织物的色牢度和抗紫外线性能,通过红外光谱和高效液相色谱表征了青黛的主要分子结构和组成。结果表明,优化的中药青黛还原工艺为:青黛8%(omf),还原剂葡萄糖24%(omf),碱剂8%(omf),60℃还原20 min。珊瑚绒的青黛染色工艺为:p H值6,120℃染色30 min,浴比1∶30。用青黛染色的涤纶珊瑚绒织物耐干摩擦色牢度为4级、耐湿摩擦色牢度为3~4级,耐皂洗褪色牢度为3~4级、沾色牢度为5级。染色织物具有良好的近紫外(UV-A)防护性。红外光谱分析结果表明,青黛中主要成分符合靛蓝的结构特征;高效液相色谱图表明,青黛中以靛蓝为主,含有少量靛玉红。
The reduction process of indigo naturalis with environment-friendly glucose as reductant and its application to dyeing of polyester coral velvet fabric are analyzed. The color fastness and anti-UV property of dyed fabrics are tested. The molecular structure and composition of indigo naturalis are characterized by IR and HPLC. The results show that the optimal reduction process is: indigo naturalis 8%(omf), reductant glucose 24%(omf), alkali 8%(omf), reducing at 60 ℃ for 20 min. The optimal dyeing process of coral velvet with indigo naturalis is: pH value 6, dyeing at 120℃ for 30 rain, liquor ratio 1:30. The dry rubbing fastness, wet rubbing fastness, fading fastness and staining fastness of dyed fabrics are Grade 4, Grade 3-4, Grade 3N4 and Grade 5, respectively. The dyed fabric has good ultraviolet (UV-A) protection property. Infrared spectrum analysis shows that the main structural characteristics are in accor- dance with of indigo. HPLC reveals that the main component of indigo naturalis is indigo with a small amount of indirubin.
