摘要
定位器安装在既有线施工中常因作业时间短、照明不良、工艺水平等影响易发生脱落造成行车事故。本文分析了定位线夹参数、安装工艺要求,列举了常见的事故案例,并分析原因。最后提出了5条安装阶段防止定位器脱落的预防措施,特别是工具塞尺的使用具有较好效果,对既有线接触网改造中定位器安装有一定的指导意义。
The steady arm is liable to fall off during its installation in existed railway line construction due to influence of short construction period, poor lighting and process level and consequently causes the train running accident. The paper analyzes parameters of wire clip, installation process requirements, presents common accident cases and analyzes the causes. The paper puts forward 5 pieces of preventive measures for protection against the steady arm falling off during installation period, from which, the use of feeler gauge shows satisfactory effects, providing a certain guidance for installation of steady arm during reconstruction of overhead contact system of existed railway line.
