摘要
某水电站在运行期间由于上游拦污浮排距离机组进水口较近,致使大量污物堆积在拦污浮排上游(不能在泄洪时排向下游),部分河中漂浮物从拦污浮排下部翻过,堵塞在进水口的拦污栅处,栅体前后形成较大的水位差,严重影响机组的出力和发电效益,因此对拦污浮排进行改造。笔者介绍拦污浮排改造工程的设计过程和计算要点。应用该技术改造完成后,电站已安全运行3年,拦污浮排及支承墩均能正常发挥功能,拦污效果有明显改善,泄洪时向左侧下游排污也有所改善,说明拦污浮排改造设计合理,满足使用功能。
During the operation period of a hydropower station, a large number of drifts accumulated at the upstream of the drift barrier and can' t be discharged to the downstream side in flood discharge because the drift barrier is too close to the intake. A big water level difference was produced before and after the trash rack for the reason that partial drifts slip away from the bottom of the barrier and block up the intake trash rack, which seriously affects the output and power generation benefit of the unit. Therefore, the drift barrier is required to be renovated. The paper introduces the design process and key calculation points of the renovation. After the technical renovation, the drift barrier runs normally and the project runs for another 3 years safely.
