摘要
自发电机增容后,合面狮水力发电厂的水轮机运行很不稳定,水轮机尾水管处振动大,部分部件空蚀严重。近年来,每年均需对4台水轮机轮流大修,有时甚至2台机同时大修,严重时在丰水期停机检修,不仅直接影响到电厂的生产效益,还存在重大安全隐患。笔者通过对电厂运行工况进行分析,提出保证机组稳定运行需达到的水轮机参数水平,为改造提供了理论依据,以改善水轮机运行的工况,保证电厂的安全生产和发挥经济效益。
Since the generator capacity increase, the turbine of Hemianshi hydropower station runs unstably, the draft tube vibrates greatly and some parts even appear serious cavitation damage. In recent years, the four turbines of the project need to be overhauled every year in turn, even two of them are overhauled at the same time, and what’s worse some unit even needs to be overhauled in wet season, which not only affects the production benefits but also causes safety problems. The paper proposes the parameters required by the stable operation of the turbine through analyzing the operating conditions of the project, which provides a theoretical basis for the technical transformation.
