摘要
目的:观察中医辨证治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法:对慢性咽炎患者150例用中医辨证分型法治疗,进行为期2个疗程的治疗,统计分析患者治疗疗效、治疗前后症状积分以及治疗前后症状体征改善程度。结果:治疗结束后,总有效率为86%;治疗后症状积分明显低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后患者症状体征得到显著改善(P<0.05)。结论:中医辨证治疗慢性咽炎疗效确切,明显改善患者症状体征,能针对个体差异进行综合治疗,具有应用价值。
Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment the chronic pharyngitis.Methods：150 chronic pharyngitis patients admitted in otolaryngology were selected as the study objects, then we analyzed and reviewed the data, and applied the way of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine to treat all the patients for two periods of treatment.Finally, we analyzed the clinical effect, compared the symptoms integral and the improving extent of symptoms before and after treatment.Results：After the treatment, the total effective rate was 86%.In the 150 patients, 27 cases were cured, 49 cases were markedly effective, 52 cases were treated effectively, 21 cases were treated invalidly, and symptoms integral after treatment was significantly lower than before treatment （P〈0.05）, and the symptoms of patients were improved obviously.Conclusion：The effect of syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine treatment the chronic pharyngitis was obviously, and can remarkably improve the discomfort symptoms, moreover, it can apply comprehensive treatment to individual differences.Therefore, it has great clinical application value.
