肝细胞癌衍生生长因子与肝细胞癌的相关性

摘要 目的:研究肝细胞癌衍生生长因子(hepatoma-derived growth factor,HDGF)与肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)临床病理特征的相关性。方法:收集100例HCC患者术后的癌组织标本和10例正常肝组织标本及其临床病理资料。采用组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学法检测HCC、癌旁以及正常肝组织中的HDGF蛋白表达。结果:HDGF在细胞核和细胞质表达,在HCC组织中阳性率为58%,癌旁组织及正常肝组织中阳性表达率为34%和20%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);HDGF表达与癌组织的分化程度及TNM分期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论:HDGF在HCC组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织和正常肝组织,HDGF与HCC分化程度和TNM分期相关。 Objective To ivestigate the pathological features and related factors of hepatoma - derived growth fac- tor( HDGF) in the hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC) . Methods : One hundred of HCC postoperativetissue specimen and ten normal ones and their clinical pathology datas were collected. The HDGF expression in HCC,adjacent and normal tissues were detected using tissue microarray technology and immunohistochemical technique. Results : HDGF was both expressed in nucleus and cytoplasm,and the positive rate in HCC was 58% ,in adjacent tissues and normal liver tissues were 34% and 20% respectively. Differences were statistically significant ( P 〈0. 05). HDGF expression was closed related to cancer differentiation and HCC TNM stage (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The expression of HDGF in HCC was significantly higher than that adjacent and normal tissues. HDGF was associated with HCC differentiation and TNM staging.
