通过在现有PLC系统上增加控制端口,改变小品规实时补货系统的作业流程,设计对应的机械部件,将小品规以前的集中补货改造成现在的实时补货,提高了作业效率,实现了小投入大收益。
Replenishment is a prerequisite for sorting operations. Replenishment is not timely, a direct impact on sorting efficiency. Through the existing PLC system to increase the control port, change the rules of the replenishment system when the production process, the design of the corresponding mechanical parts, the small tricks before the centralized replenishment into the current real replenishment, improve the efficiency of the operation, to achieve A small investment big income.
