摘要
目的探讨Mybl2在不同病变程度宫颈组织中的表达情况及差异。方法收集宫颈组织74例,采用ELISA法检测组织中的Mybl2蛋白表达水平,分析Mybl2蛋白浓度与临床病理资料的关系。结果宫颈组织中的Mybl2表达量随着宫颈病变程度的增加而增加,组间差异有统计学意义(F=27.39,P<0.05);同一病变组中,高龄组的Mybl2表达量高于非高龄组,但差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论随着宫颈病变程度的增加,Mybl2的表达量也增加,Mybl2在宫颈癌组织中高表达,可能与宫颈癌的发生发展有关。
Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of Mybl2 in Cervical tissues. Methods 74 cases of cer- vical tissues were obtained from the department of obstetrics and gynecology. The expression level of Mybl2 was detected by Elisa method,and the relationship with clinical pathology was analyzed. Results Elisa results showed that the expression of Mybl2 was significant among inflammation, CINI, CINII, CINIII and ICC groups （ F-= 27.39, P〈0.05 ）. The expression level of Mybl2 was higher in the older group that the younger one which were in the same clinical pathology degree, but it was not was significant（P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The expression levels of My bl2 were related with the pathological changes of cervix. Disturb expression level of Mybl2 maybe induce the development of cervical cancer.
