摘要
在国家禁毒委、公安部和省委、省政府的正确领导下 ,全省各地认真贯彻落实全国、全省社会治安工作会议、国家禁毒委部署的 2 0 0 1年禁毒工作会议和全省禁毒工作会议精神 ,把禁毒作为严打整治斗争的第四条战线 ,以堵源截流、重点整治、创建“无毒社区” ,打击冰毒与加强易制毒特殊化学物品管制为全年禁毒工作的四个突破重点 ,采取各项有力措施 ,进一步加大工作力度 。
under the correct lead of national drug enforcement committee,ministry of public security,Yunnan Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Goverment.Yunnan Province carefully carries out main points of the instructions of the national and provincial public order conferences,the gist of 2001 national and provincial drug enforcement conferences arranged by the national drug enforcement committee,takes various countermeasures of stopping up the source and cutting off flow,seriously striking and major consolidation,creating community without drug,striking methyl benzene and strengthening cortrol or management of chemical for producing drug as this year's four work breaking points,to strengthen working power to make remarkable achievements.
