摘要 针对矿用输送机工作中轴承的受力问题,对其进行接触分析,并利用ANSYS-Workbench对轴承的接触应力和变形进行了仿真计算,得到了轴承滚动体和内、外圈不同部位的应力和变形分布。同时,为了完善轴承零件间的接触应力及变化规律,利用ANSYS-Explicit Dynamics对轴承进行动力接触分析,解决了静力学分析中忽略保持架影响产生的误差问题。二者的计算结果符合轴承工作的实际情况,为优化设计提供了依据。 In view of the stress problems about the bearing during operation of the mine-used conveyor, its contract was analyzed. ANSYS-Workbench was applied to simulate and calculate the contract stress and deformation of the bearing, and the stress distribution and the deformation distribution of the bearing roller, inner ring and outer ring were obtained. In addition, in order to complete the contract stress among bearing parts and its variation laws, ANSYS-Explicit Dynamics was applied to conduct the dynamic contact analysis on the bearing, thus the error resulted from the holder during statics analysis was avoided. The two calculation results conformed with actual working situation, which offered reference for the optimization design.
