摘要
收集整理国内外与体育人口推导有关的数据资料 ,建立函数方程并求解、推导、分析 ,得出的中国体育人口判定标准是 :每周身体活动频度 3次以上 ,每次身体活动时间 2 0min以上 。
Through collecting the domestic and oversea data related to the derivation of sport population, the author established the functional equation, explored the result. The judgment criteria of Chinese sport population was determined. It contained the frequency and lasting time of physical activity (3 times per week and more than 20min every time respectively), RPE of body activity beyond middle degree.
