摘要
工程分析是航空制造业环评的基础和核心,根据"建设项目环境影响评价技术导则总纲(2.1-2016)",从建设项目概况、影响因素分析和污染源强核算等三个方面总结航空制造业环评工程分析要点,为我国航空制造业环评及其技术评估等工作提供一定参考。
Engineering analysis is the basis and core of environmental impact assessment（ EIA） of aviation manufacturing industry. According to technical guideline for environmental impact assessment of construction project General Programme（ HJ2. 1-2016）,this paper summarizes the main points of engineering analysis of aviation manufacturing industry EIA from three aspects of the content, impact factors and pollution sources intensity. It could provide some reference for aviation manufacturing industry EIA and its technology evaluation.
